BetterPlace has launched a mobile application to help blue collar job-seekers across the country find jobs and meet their skilling requirements.
The application will feature more than 10 Lakh verified job opportunities across the country available from over 1200 companies.
The app is designed with a multilingual user interface available in 6 languages – English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hinglish (mix of Hindi and English for colloquial acceptance). Interested candidates can create their CV for free on the app and share it with friends or colleagues for references.
Jobs are available across 1000+ variety of roles such as Delivery Partner, Rider Partners, Driver Partners, Field Associates, Retail Associates, Telecallers, Electricians etc, and the candidates can get an opportunity to earn a salary up to INR 30,000 per month. The user can login, build a profile and apply for a desired role / opportunity from any part of the country.
The candidates can track their entire journey - from searching for a suitable job to joining; all on the app itself. The platform enables businesses to schedule and make telephonic interviews and action remote joining. The app which is available on Google Playstore will also have voice-enabled navigation for the in-app journey to simplify the experience.
